The lofts are located in Het Magazijn, which is not just any building but an industrial building built in 1931. It was originally used as a warehouse for energy storage by the 'Gemeentelijk Elektrisch Bedrijf'.
In the 1990s, during the redevelopment of the site, only Het Magazijn was preserved. The brick facades were removed and demolished internally down to the concrete skeleton. Then came the characteristic steel and glass facades that now characterize the building. A place with history, where you can write your own history!

Both the relaxed loft apartments and Het Magazijn are fully equipped. Each apartment is delivered turnkey and fully furnished. The entire building is equipped with Wi-Fi. You can relax in your own loft apartment, but also on the lovely roof terrace, or in one of the catering establishments with meeting space in the building. Of course, there are also plenty of practical conveniences in and around the building, such as the bicycle shed and the laundry room.
